3. Service Agreements and Scheduling

Service Quotes

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions and scope of work discovered on-site.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Services must be scheduled in advance
24-hour notice required for cancellations
Emergency services may incur additional charges
Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no charge

Access and Security

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property. You are responsible for securing valuables and providing any necessary access codes or keys.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
Returned checks will incur a $35 processing fee
For property management services, fees are typically due monthly

5. Liability and Insurance

Our Insurance Coverage

A-Team Total Care, LLC is fully insured and bonded. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all employees.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any damages is limited to the cost of the specific service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Important Notice

Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We recommend securing or removing valuable items before service.

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with proper notice:

One-time services: No termination notice required
Regular cleaning services: 30-day written notice
Property management: 60-day written notice
Landscaping contracts: As specified in individual agreements

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, safety concerns, or violation of these terms.

7. Governing Law and Disputes
